Once you enter the gates of our Hollywood Hills property known as Surrender Hills, you will feel the serenity of the surroundings. While other estates in the Hills may be larger or more opulent --- ours is absolutely right-sized and perfectly outfitted for your personal retreat. Whether you are lodged in the front guest house or the main house, you will feel equally comfortable.

Situated in one of the lovely (and less trafficked) canyons in Los Angeles, the house is nestled on a half acre of land that includes a natural creek on one side and a rugged hillside on the other to ensure privacy. On a small cul-de-sac one mile above the famed Sunset Strip, we are a million miles away from the chaos. Minutes from the movie studios, we have our own brand of magic that doesn’t rely on cinematic tricks.

Please take some time to take a tour of the property. We're sure you'll fall in love with it.

Enter through the front garden and see the private stairway leading up to the front guest house. This two room suite plus its private bath and kitchenette are completely separate from the main house.

Open the front door and be greeted by the welcoming entry foyer of the main house. The spacious public rooms are located off of this foyer; the formal living room with attached music room, dining room, main house kitchen, breakfast nook and intimate den are all easily accessible from here. At the end of a private hallway is the beautiful master bedroom and bath which has as adjacent outdoor meditation garden.

Proceed through the French doors of the music room to the rear courtyard. Take in the majesty of the 50 foot sycamore trees reaching towards the sky and providing a canopy of shade overhead. Walk up the steps to the sunny pool terrace and barbeque area. The pool is heated and ready to soothe. Here you’ll also see the pool house which has an additional kitchen, lounge/media room and two other baths.

There are also equally beautiful accommodations in Laguna Beach for those who want to spend some time by the seaside.
