Your Personal Concierge

Your safety, security and comfort are of paramount concern to us.

Infinity's Concierge will live on the premises while you are in residence to assure the overall quality of your experience. He is dedicated to helping you settle in comfortably and quickly and then to help ensure your Program is executed effectively. Since each client’s needs and Program are unique, the Concierge will be an invaluable resource to navigating the journey you're on while in our care.

He will oversee housekeeping, food preparation and other daily living requirements. Our housekeeper has worked on the property for years and is fully familiar with all household operations. Discreet and professional -- she is intuitive and efficient as she goes about her chores. You may also have a private chef to provide meal preparation and the Concierge will handle those details in conjunction with your personal food preferences and the Nutritionist’s recommendations. Gardeners and other household staff are coordinated by the Concierge as well.

Your Concierge will secure appropriate appointments to fulfill your Treatment Plan. He will consult regularly with the medical and other professionals on your Team to maintain the continuity of communication among all parties who have a stake in your well-being while at Infinity. He will arrange transportation to and from appointments and as well as other Treatment related activities.

Often, an Infinity Companion will assist the Concierge in helping you and one or the other will accompany you to most appointments. They will try to accommodate you within reason and or suggest alternatives to meet your needs.
